1. Who processes your data

2. What we do NOT do
This site carries no ad networks, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no other third-party tracking scripts. It loads no external script, font or image — everything is served from our own server. We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
3. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no classic cookies. Two values are stored in your browser using localStorage:

Both values stay on your device only and are sent nowhere. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.
4. Visit statistics — only with consent
If you press «Accept» in the banner, the site begins sending anonymous visit statistics to our technical service provider's server (aimartins.com). If you press «Decline», or choose nothing, no statistics are sent at all — not even the fact of the refusal.
What is sent: the page address visited, where you came from (referrer), screen size, browser language, time spent on the page and actions on it (for example, a click on the phone number). The server additionally sees your IP address and browser type; these are used to determine country and device type and to filter out bots, and are not shown to us in identifiable form.
Not collected: name, email, phone, precise location, or anything you type into the form.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retention: no longer than 24 months.
If «Do Not Track» is enabled in your browser, we send no statistics regardless of the banner choice.
5. The request form and contacting us
The request form on the home page sends nothing by itself — it opens your email app with a prepared message to info@davidadarbnica.lv. You send it, and only then does the data reach our mailbox.
What we process: name, phone, car make and model, chosen service, preferred time and the message text. Why: to answer the request and provide the service. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: correspondence — 2 years; where the service is provided, accounting records are kept for the statutory period (5 years).
The same applies to calls and WhatsApp messages: we process only what you tell us, and only in order to help.
6. Who we share data with
Technical hosting of our website and email is provided by aimartins.com; the servers are located in the European Union. In insurance cases, at your request, we pass information about the service to the relevant insurer. Otherwise we disclose data only where the law requires it.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request erasure or restriction of processing.
- Object to processing and request data portability.
- Withdraw consent to statistics at any time — as easily as it was given (the «Change your choice» button above).
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@davidadarbnica.lv. We reply within one month.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, pasts@dvi.gov.lv, dvi.gov.lv).
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top of it.
